Vaughn Construction, LLC for the Veterans Services Remodel in the not-to-exceed amount of One Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Thirty-Two Dollars ($169,032.00) pursuant to OMNIA Cooperative Contract #R200107 and authorize execution of the agreement.
