Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Agreement #2025269 between Williamson County and LexisNexis for a period of three (3) years to be used by the Sheriff's Open Records team for research purposes in the amount of $17,496.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The approval of this agreement is currently being utilized by the Sheriff's Office. The subscription will be for a period of three (3) years beginning on October 1, 2025–September 30, 2028. Monthly subscription fees are $462.00 in year one, $486.00 in year two, and $510.00 in year three. The line item to be charged is 01.0100.0560.004210 for FY25. Origination #2820.
