Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the District Attorney’s Office.
Background
This transfer would allow a temporary employee to complete work on a project related to the direction given by the Attorney General's Office. Past funding for this project has been from Non-Departmental (0100-0409-004998) but the District Attorney’s Office has available surplus salary dollars that may be used, at the Court’s option.
