Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding #25RFP41 Roofing Repair and Services for Facilities to Empire Roofing as the vendor back-up for this Master Service Agreement in the not-to-exceed amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) and authorize execution of this agreement.
Background
Williamson County sent out Ten Thousand Four Hundred and Forty-One (10,441) notifications with One Hundred and Ten (110) document takers and received Six (6) submittals. After evaluation, Empire Roofing was the second high-scoring vendor and is being recommended as the back-up vendor for these services. It is recommended that Williamson County award this Master Service Agreement to Empire Roofing as the backup vendor.
