Background
This is the next section of the Lariat development. It consists of 163 single family lots, 6 open space lots, 2 open space/drainage pond lots and 6,421 feet of new roads to be maintained by the North San Gabriel MUD No. 1. Roadway and drainage construction has been completed.

2025-04-15 – initial submittal of the final plat
2025-05-15 – 1st review complete with comments
2025-06-03 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2025-06-17 – 2nd review complete with comments clear
2025-06-24 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2025-06-26 – final plat placed on the July 1, 2025, Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
