Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service and Goods Agreement #2025278 between Williamson County and A3 Communications, Inc. dba Brycomm for the Fiber backbone upgrade in the amount of $38,064.00 and authorizing the execution of this agreement pursuant to DIR cooperative contract #DIR-CPO-4777.

This Service and Goods Agreement will benefit Williamson County and allow Brycomm to complete the County's Fiber Backbone Upgrade with Information Services.  This will add additional fiber backbone from the Justice Center at 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Street, Georgetown, TX 78626 to the fiber splice point near the Tax Office at 904 South Main Street, Georgetown, TX 78626. This upgrade will allow us to simplify the connectivity between the buildings and add a connection between the City of Georgetown and the County for Data Transfers in the future.  It will also increase speeds between Data Centers and Server backup solutions currently in place.  Brycomm will supply the labor and supplies as described in the attached quote for the upgraded backbone.
