Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service Agreement No. 2025288 between Williamson County and Off-Duty Management, Inc. for third-party requests for off-duty deputies who are needed to provide security and traffic control-related functions, pursuant to Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #1061324-OFF, and authorize execution of the agreement.

This Service Agreement between Williamson County and Off-Duty Management, Inc, will replace the current provider agreement. Off-Duty Management, Inc. will support deputies who wish to participate in off-duty work. These deputies will be contracted through Off-Duty Management, Inc. to provide the requested services. The vendor pays the deputies directly for services rendered from fees the vendor collects from the third party requesting the services. This is a revenue-neutral service to the county.
