Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement #2025253 between Williamson County and Trane U.S. Inc. in the not-to-exceed amount of Five-Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) pursuant to BuyBoard Cooperative Contract #720-23 and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Master Service Agreement between Williamson County and Trane U.S. Inc. is to be able to utilize the vendor for services as they arise for HVAC Equipment, Supplies, and Installation of HVAC Equipment at various Williamson County Facilities. The contract number for BuyBoard is #720-23. No pricing sheet for this MSA. Scope of Work (SOW) with quoted amount to be verified by co-op, which will be supplied at the requisition stage. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through September 30, 2026. The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004510, Origination #2842 and the point of contact is Shantil Moore.
