Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action awarding RFSQ #25RFSQ4 Program Management Services Agreement for the Justice Complex Planning & Development to Kitchell/CEM, Inc., in the amount of Thirteen Million, Nine Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand, Eight Hundred Forty-Five Dollars ($13,993,845.00) and authorize execution of the agreement. Background
Williamson County sent out over eleven thousand (11,111) notifications and received seven (7) submissions. The evaluation committee is recommending that Kitchell/CEM, Inc. be awarded RFP #25RFSQ4 to provide comprehensive program management expertise to assist staff in the successful implementation of the planning, programming, development, and operational transition for future growth of the Jail and Justice Center Complex buildings. The funding source P # is TBD, and the point of contact is Christy Matoska of Facilities Management.
