Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the temporary road closure of Hairy Man Rd from Great Oaks Dr to the Round Rock City Limits starting on Monday, July 21, 2025, through Friday, July 25, 2025, and on approval of a temporary diversion plan for traffic during the closure.
Background
This temporary road closure is for the construction of the Wyoming Springs Bridge over Brushy Creek. The temporary road closures are planned to occur nightly, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, weather permitting. Hairy Man Rd will be reopened to traffic during the daytime, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The temporary road closure is planned to extend into the City of Round Rock to Reprise Bend; however, that portion is under the jurisdiction of the City of Round Rock. A temporary diversion plan for traffic is attached.
