Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on entering into an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) #2025303 with the Williamson County and Cities Health District (WCCHD) for First Responder Influenza Vaccines, in the amount of $8,048.56, and authorizing the execution of the Agreement.

In the interest of promoting public health and safety and supporting the County’s operations, the WCCHD will provide an estimated 436 doses to the County at a cost of $18.46 per dose to be administered by County personnel for the benefit of the following: Sheriff's Office/Corrections – 250 Doses, EMS/ Emergency Services Operations Departments – 186 Doses. 550 total doses x $18.46 for a cost of $8,048.56. The funding source is 01.0885.0885.004996; Wellness Program. Both Contract Audit and General Counsel have reviewed the ILA on Origination ticket# 3114.  The department's point of contact is Shelley Loughery.  Form 1295 is not required, due to public agency ILA.
