Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Schwertner Ranch Phase 5 subdivision – Precinct 4.

This is the next section of the Schwertner Ranch development.  It consists of 312 residential lots, 3 open space lots and 9,373 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $7,648,495.20 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
