Williamson County Purchasing Dept. sent out four thousand seventy-nine (4,079) notifications with sixty-nine (69) document takers and received seven (7) vendor submissions.  The bids for the project were reviewed, and it was concluded that the apparent low bidder, Joe Bland Construction LLC, was found to be responsive, mathematically correct and materially balanced. The contractor has performed similar work on other projects and received positive references from those contacted.
