Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Professional Services Agreement #2025213 awarded through RFSQ #25RFSQ36 Jail Inmate Psychiatric Medical Services for Corrections with Ghulam M. Khan, M.D. for Psychiatric Medical Services at the Williamson County Jail for the not-to-exceed amount of $76,800 annually or $6,400 each month, for the service described in the attached contract, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The Purchasing Department solicited sealed qualifications under RFSQ #25RFSQ36 Jail Inmate Psychiatric Medical Services for Corrections. There were one hundred sixteen (116) invitations sent out, forty (40) document takers and three (3) submissions were received. The evaluation team recommends awarding #25RFSQ36 to Ghulam M Kahn, M.D. based on his experience with the County jail and being the best overall provider. This contract is a four (4) year contract with four (4) additional one (1) year terms. Funding is from 01.0100.0570.004116. Origination #2264. Department point of contact is Susan Carmack.
