Discuss, consider and take action approving the Service Agreement #2025306 between Williamson County and NetSync Network Solutions Inc. for Information Systems, in the amount of $297,191.13, for a four-year Software as a Service (SaaS) for a cloud-hosted WebEx Contact Center solution, utilizing DIR Cooperative Contract #DIR-CPO-5347, and authorizing the execution of the Agreement.

Williamson County Information Systems entered into a four-year Software as a Service (SaaS) agreement with Netsync Network Solutions, Inc., for the provision of Cisco's Webex Contact Center.  This cloud-hosted platform will enhance the County's ability to manage and operate call center services more efficiently, improve support operations, and provide a scalable, modern communication system for various departments.  This agreement includes the addition of 70 new licenses, which will initially be assigned to the Tax Office, Justice of the Peace Precincts 1-4, and the Animal Shelter.  By committing to a four-year term, the County secures a more favorable pricing structure over the life of the contract.
