Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Construction Service Agreement No. 2025315 between Williamson County and The Brandt Companies, LLC for the JP4 HVAC Replacement in the not-to-exceed amount of Seventy-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Five and 08/100 Dollars ($77,625.08), pursuant to Choice Partners Cooperative Contract #CSP-22-049MF and authorize execution of the agreement.

Background

This Agreement for Construction Services between Williamson County and The Brandt Companies, LLC is for the construction/replacement of two (2) R22 Units and the addition of an access panel at JP4 located at 321 Ed Schmidt Blvd, Ste 200, Hutto, TX 78634. Contract Audit and General Counsel have reviewed. A detailed Scope of Work is attached. The funding source is 01.0100.1048.004509 and the point of contact is Gretchen Glenn.
