Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances to approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the Jail.
Background
This amendment recognizes the insurance proceeds received for damages that occurred to the Jail loading dock on December 18, 2024. The proceeds are being used to offset the expenditures in the Jail's budget.
