This proposed subdivision consists of 800 single-family lots, 9 open space/drainage lots, 18 open space/landscape lots, 1 open space/amenity lot, 1 wastewater treatment plant lot, 1 water utility lot, and 34,048 linear feet of new roads to be maintained by Williamson County MUD No. 60 on 220-acres.
