Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Construction Service Agreement No. 2025318 between Williamson County and The Brandt Companies, LLC for the North CJC Chiller Replacement, in the not-to-exceed amount of Three Hundred Eight Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Nine and 78/100 Dollars ($308,379.78), pursuant to Choice Partners Cooperative Contract #CSP-22-049MF and authorize execution of the agreement.

Background

This Agreement for Construction Services between Williamson County and The Brandt Companies, LLC is for the North CJC Chiller Replacement located at Criminal Justice Center (North) 405 Martin Luther King Jr St, Georgetown, TX 78626. Contract Audit and General Counsel have reviewed. A detailed Scope of Work is attached. The funding source is 01.0100.1009.004510 and the point of contact is Gretchen Glenn.
