Williamson County sent out over seven hundred eighty (782) notifications and received four (4) submissions, which only three (3) were considered due to it being a mandatory solicitation meeting that one company was not in attendance for. The evaluation committee is recommending that American Irrigation Repair, LLC be awarded RFP #25RFP55 to provide Irrigation Maintenance and Repair Services for Williamson County to include inspections and systems checks, annual backflow testing, labor rates for repairs, labor rates for minor installations, quarterly reporting and central control monitoring/scheduling. This contract takes effect October 1, 2025, and continues until September 30, 2027, and may renew for up to four (4) additional one-year terms.
