Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the All District Courts Budget.

This budget amendment is needed in order to provide for additional funding for the rest of the current fiscal year.  Grand Jurors have served a total of 19 days from Sept 1, 2024 thru July 30, 2025.  There have also been 59 Jury trials in the District Courts.  All Jurors that appear are paid for at least the appearance day and then those Jurors chosen to serve are paid for those subsequent days.  Due to the increased need, we have also received additional reimbursement from the State over what was anticipated.  This is a balanced budget amendment to provide for the funding needed for the remainder of the fiscal year.
