Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the engagement of Bovey & Cochran PLLC to provide general counseling and legal services regarding various Williamson County matters, including but not limited to economic development, subdivision and development issues, and other legal matters as directed by Williamson County; and exemption of such services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 262.024(a)(4).
