Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action approving the Amendment to Contract #2025234 between Williamson County and A3 Communications, Inc. dba Brycomm, for the Berry Springs Project to allow for additional hours, in the amount of $2,775.00. Funding Source is 2023 Park Bond.
Background
This amendment to Contract #2025234 between Williamson County and A3 Communications, Inc., dba Brycomm is increasing the original amount by $2,775.00 to the total amount of $16,324.00 to support additional hours necessary for continued project work. The original agreement was approved by the Commissioner’s Court on June 3, 2025, under Agenda Item #27. Funding for this amendment is available through the 2023 Park Bond under Project Code P559, Task 3. This expense is funded in the current fiscal year and will be applied solely to the specified project code. The targeted project completion date is September 30, 2025—Point of Contact: Tammy McCulley, Information Systems.
