Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service and Goods Agreement #2025317 between Williamson County and A3 Communications, Inc. dba BryComm for the provision and installation of cabling to support air conditioning units and security cameras for the Lake Creek Annex building, located at 9500 North Lake Creek Parkway, Austin, Texas, 78731, in the amount of $7,799.25, pursuant to DIR Cooperative contract #DIR-CPO-4777, and authorizing the execution of this agreement, Funding Source is P632.
Background
This Service and Goods Agreement will benefit Williamson County and allow A3 Communications, Inc. (dba Brycomm) to install the necessary cabling to support exterior security cameras and air conditioning controls at the Lake Creek Annex Building. Funding for this will be sourced from Project P632, 2024CIP, Task 3, FY25. This has been approved by the Auditor's Office and Information Services. Origination #3185.
