Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding approval of contract #2025325 with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Exhibit 1: Data Exchange Request and Safeguard Plan for the Sheriff's Office, with no funding impact at this time, and authorizing the execution of the Exhibit 1.

In order to obtain a new contract with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) for the Sheriff's Department, Williamson County is required to submit a signed copy of Exhibit 1:Data Exchange Request and Safeguard Plan.  This exhibit outlines the safeguards and requirements for handling TWC Data.  Exhibit 1 must be reviewed and approved by the Commissioner's Court prior to submission to TWC.  Once Exhibit 1 is signed and submitted, then TWC will provide a new contract to be presented back in Commissioner's Court for approval and signature.  There is no cost or fiscal impact on the County associated with Exhibit 1. This has been approved by Contract Audit and General Counsel.  Origination #3119.
