Discuss and take appropriate action on the HUD 2025 Annual Action Plan that includes Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding.
Background
Williamson County has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) FY25 funding allocation of $2,220,130 to successfully support community development and affordable housing efforts for low and moderate-income households and areas throughout the County. The County also accepted Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding in the amount of $185,910. Projects included in the plan were approved on July 1, 2025. This is a request for the final approval of the 2025 Annual Action Plan.
