Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to correct the Funding Source provided in Item No. 60 of the Williamson County Commissioners Court Session on August 5, 2025, to provide that Funding Source: TANS P588 as the correct funding source for the real estate contract with Prewitt Farms, LTD. a Texas limited partnership, and Zinzinia Williamson County, LTD., a Texas limited partnership, to acquire 1.097 acres and 6.554 acres as right of way needed for the CR 401.
