Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed responses for Williamson County Vendor Outreach for Digital Evidence Management Solution (DEMS) under RFI #25RFI80.
Background
Williamson County is currently evaluating options to either implement a new Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) or enhance its existing system. As part of this effort, the County is inviting DEMS platform vendors to participate in virtual informational sessions with County staff as a request for information. Origination #3323.
