Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP # 25RFP52, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the WCRAS Building Addition to Bartlett Cocke General Contractors, LLC, in the amount of Fifteen Thousand, Five Hundred dollars ($15,500), and authorize execution of the agreement.  Funding source is P719.

Williamson County sent out over fourteen thousand six hundred (14,699) notifications and received fourteen (14) submissions. The evaluation committee, through evaluation and negotiations, is recommending that Bartlett Cocke General Contractors, LLC be awarded RFP #25RFP52 to retain a CMAR for the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter Building Addition. CMAR has overall responsibility for and shall provide complete construction services and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably necessary to complete the project. The County shall pay $15,500.00 to Bartlett Cocke General Contractors, LLC for Pre-construction Services.  The funding source is P719, and the point of contact is Christy Matoska of Facilities Management.
