Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving agreement # 2025334 between the Department of Information Resources (DIR)/Communications Technology Services Division (CTS) and Williamson County for data circuits pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CTS-CSA.

This agreement is for connectivity services through various transmission methods to the TEX-AN network including, but not limited to, video, voice, routed data, Internet and/or equipment specific to Texas public agencies. DIR/CTS updated their service agreement to reflect the current Texas Legislative Code reference and to remove the requirement of a yearly purchase order. Therefore, a new Service Agreement is required of every Inter-local customer. DIR requires a Service Agreement to be on file for all non-state customers.
