Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement for Construction Services utilizing RFP #23RFP11 for the Williamson County Inner Loop Annex – Elections Panels & Transformers, Allied Electric Service, Inc, in the amount of Four Hundred Thirty Thousand One Hundred Thirty and 28/100 Dollars ($430,130.28) authorize execution of the agreement.

Background

This project is for the Williamson County Inner Loop Annex – Elections Panels & Transformers utilizing RFP #23RFP11, which was awarded on 09.10.2024, agenda item no. 81. This Agreement is between Williamson County and Allied Electric Service, Inc, is for the Williamson County Inner Loop Annex – Elections Panels & Transformers located at 301 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626. Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed. Detailed Scope of Work is attached. The funding source is 01.0100.1043.004509 and the point of contact is Christy Matoska.
