Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving purchase #2025346 between Williamson County and Variverge for the deposit of mailing tax statements in the amount of $68,000.00 pursuant to the Purchasing Cooperative Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with Montgomery County, approved on 03.10.2015 under agenda item #28, and authorizing the execution of the purchase.
Background
Approval of this purchase will support Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector Department and Pre-Payment to Variverge for the mailing of the Tax Statements to Tax Payers in the amount of $68,000.00. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0499.004212 as per the FY 25. Origination #3371. Contract Audit and General Council have approved the purchase.
