Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding #25RFP60 Expo Center Janitorial Services for Parks to the most responsive proposer, Service First Janitorial LLC, and authorizing the execution of a Master Service Agreement in the not-to-exceed amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) per year.
Background
Williamson County sent out One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty (1,930) notifications with Ninety-Five (95) document takers and received Ten (10) submittals. After submission review, Service First Janitorial LLC was found to be the most responsive. It is recommended that Williamson County award this Master Service Agreement to Service First Janitorial LLC beginning on 10/01/2025 and ending on 09/30/2027 with 4-1-year renewal options.
