Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on formally closing out and not awarding RFP #25RFP67 for Septic Systems Services, due to no submittals received, and approving agreement No.2025345 with Liquid Environmental Solutions of Texas, LLC in the not-to-exceed amount of Forty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($49,500.00).

The Purchasing Department solicited sealed proposals under RFP #25RFP67. Septic Systems Services and Requests for Proposals were electronically sent to three hundred and eighty-seven (387) vendors with nineteen (19) document takers and zero (0) submittals.  The scope of work for this solicitation included grease trap cleaning services.  No responses were received. The Williamson County Purchasing policy allows for a quote to be utilized for the purchase for a period of twelve (12) months, per Local Government Code 262.0245 and Purchasing Policy. Facilities Management submitted a request for a Blanket MSA for Grease Trap Cleaning Services on a scheduled basis at various Williamson County Facilities with Liquid Environmental Solutions of Texas, LLC, as we were not successful in obtaining vendors for our 25RFP67. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through September 30, 2026.  The department intends to re-issue the septic systems solicitation in FY 26.  Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed.
