Background
PEC has existing facilities in conflict with the RM 2243 Project. The Standard Utility Agreement for the relocations is for a total amount of $292,885.85. PEC is 90.91% eligible for reimbursement. The total anticipated reimbursement to PEC by the County is $292,885.85 (90.91% of $322,171.21). Project: P326 Funding Source: 2019 Road Bond
