Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 2 and Supplement No. 5 to Work Authorization #1 to the CR 110 North contract executed March 19, 2024, between Williamson County and RPS Infrastructure, Inc. relating to the 2023 Road Bond Program.
Background
This Contract Amendment No. 2 increases the compensation cap by $34,000.00 from $841,000.00 to $875,000.00 to allow for the execution of Supplemental No. 5 to Work Authorization No. 1. The supplemental includes updates to roadway and drainage due to the adjacent development in the amount of $17,427.52 from $793,223.57 to $810,651.09 and extends the termination date to December 31, 2025.
