Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Master Services Agreement #2026-006 for Fixed Asset Inventory Services with Records Consultants, Inc. in the annual not-to-exceed amount of $97,500.00 for two (2) years, as per Buyboard contract #716-23, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
RCI Technologies Inc. has conducted the annual Fixed Asset inventory for Williamson County since 2018. This proposal is to refresh the expiring contract for continuance of services. The term of this agreement will be October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2027. The countywide inventory will be scheduled each Spring to allow for reporting by July 1st of each year as required by Texas Local Government Code 262.011 (i). Funding source: 01.0100.0494.004100.
