Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement #2026-011, between Williamson County and Central Texas Elevator, LLC in the not-to-exceed amount of Five-Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) pursuant to TIPS Cooperative Contract #24010401 and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Master Service Agreement is for Elevator Maintenance Services as needed throughout Williamson County. The contract number with TIPS is #24010401. No pricing sheet for this MSA. Scope of Work (SOW) with the quoted amount is to be verified with the COOP vendor, which will be supplied with a PO request.
