Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the ratification of the amendment to Emergency Agreement #2025358 for Remediation Services at the Williamson County Sheriff's office with Camelback & Co, LLC DBA Servpro, in the amount of $3,210.80 increasing the original agreement to $22,735.07 and exempting form competitive bidding requirements pursuant to the discretionary exemption as set forth under Texas Local Govenment Code $262.024 (a)(2)[an item necessary to preserve and protect the public health or safety of the residents of the county] and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

This amendment will allow for additional remediation services to be provided, increasing the original agreement approved in Commissioners Court on 09.16.2025 under agenda item 28 to the total amount to $22,735.07.  This service will be provided at the Williamson County Sheriff's Office located at 508 South Rock Street, Georgetown, TX 78626. Contract Audit and General Counsel have approved this amendment. Funding source is 01.0100.1008.004509. The Department Point of Contact is Christi Stromberg. Amendment is on file with the Purchasing Department.
