Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 5 and Supplemental No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 3 to the Ronald Reagan Boulevard Widening contract executed August 13, 2019, between Williamson County and STV Incorporated as successor in interest to CP&Y, Inc. dba STV Infrastructure relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program.
Background
This STV Incorporated as successor in interest to CP&Y, Inc. dba STV Infrastructure Contract Amendment No. 5 increases the compensation cap by $200,000.00 from $4,220,000.00 to $4,420,000.00 to allow for the execution of Supplemental No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 3. The supplemental is for additional construction phase services in the amount of $223,636.78 from $212,785.64 to $436,422.42 and extends the termination date to August 31, 2028.
