Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Service Agreement #2026-010 with Gartner, Inc. for management consulting services to include Gartner Access for Technical Professionals and IT Leaders in the amount of $150,340.00 for the first year, pursuant to DIR contract to #DIR-CPO-5253, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this Service Agreement with Gartner, Inc. provides research, expert advice, contract reviews, best practices, and industry insights through their website, one-on-one sessions, articles, and conferences. They are industry experts in IT and are vendor neutral when assisting in evaluating solutions. This is a three (3) year agreement beginning November 1, 2025, through October 31, 2028, with a not-to-exceed amount of $461,732.00. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004100 FY26. Origination #3552. A 1295 is not required due to Gartner, Inc. being a publicly traded company. Department contact is Richard Semple.
