Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 7C Section 2 subdivision – Precincts 2 & 3.

This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 7C development. This final plat consists of 66 single family lots, 2 open space/landscape/utility lots, 1 open space/drainage/landscape/utility lot, and 2,097 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $1,729,380.75 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2025-05-02 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2025-05-07 – 3rd review complete with comments cleared 
2025-09-05 – 4th submittal of final plat with changes
2025-09-19 – 4th review complete with minor comments 
2025-09-26 – 5th submittal of final plat
2025-09-26 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2025-09-29 – 5th review complete with comments cleared
2025-09-30 – final plat placed on the October 7th, 2025 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
