Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 10, Supplemental No. 4 to Work Authorization No. 6 and Supplemental No. 2 to Work Authorization No. 7 to the Corridor A-1 and A-2/SE Loop, Ph 2 contract executed March 13, 2017, between Williamson County and Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program.

This Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. Contract Amendment No. 10 increases the compensation cap by $650,000.00 from $8,850,000.00 to $9,500,000.00?to allow for the execution of Supplemental No. 4 to Work Authorization No. 6 and Supplemental No. 2 to Work Authorization No. 7.  The Supplemental No. 4 to Work Authorization No. 6 is for construction phase services in the amount of $48,455.00 and revises the termination date to August 27, 2027. The Supplemental No. 2 to Work Authorization No. 7 is for additional design services in the amount of $556,761.70 and extends the termination date to October 20, 2026. Project:  P392  Fund Source: Road Bond
