Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve the amendment to discontinue using the Modria Online Dispute Resolution software subscription that was originally approved on June 5, 2018, per mutual agreement by both Williamson County and Tyler Technologies, and authorize the execution of the amendment.
Background
Approval to terminate the Modria – Online Dispute Resolution (“Modria”) subscription services under the agreement between Tyler Technologies and Williamson County under the agreement as both Williamson County and Tyler Technologies agree to stop using the Modria subscription services under the agreement.
