Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement #2026-035 between Williamson County and Jerome Gomez dba Austin Automatic Door Solutions in the not-to-exceed amount of $99,999.00 and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Master Service Agreement is for Maintenance, Service and Installation of all Automatic, Slide and Swing doors, and repair throughout Williamson County. This agreement will be used on an as-needed basis between Williamson County and Jerome Gomez dba Austin Automatic Door Solutions. This MSA will be valid as of October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. Each project will be initiated with a work order and purchase order. Quotes were obtained. There are two funding sources; 01.0100.0509.004500 for $55,000.00 and the other is 01.0100.0509.004510, for $44,999.00, Origination ID # 3614, and the department contact is Christi Stromberg, Facilities Management.
