Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowlege expenditures for the Animal Shelter Fund.
Background
Need additional funds for vehicle for shared Facilities/WCRAS maintenance tech. The cost of the vehicle was higher than budgeted, this budget amendment covers the Animal Shelter portion of the overage. The fund has a balance and will draw from the buydown dollars being paid in by City of Georgetown per the Shelter Agreement. Facilities had their portion of these funds on the October 14th agenda.
