Vaughn Construction, LLC. for the Veterans Services Remodel project to extend time for completion of the project, which was approved by Williamson County Senior Director, Facilities Management, Dale Butler, pursuant to the Commissioners Court's prior delegation of change order approval authority pursuant to Loc. Gov't Code Sec. 262.031.
Background
The Change Order No. 1 is made to the contractor, J.T. Vaughn Construction, LLC to add 31 days, with a new completion date of November 7th, 2025, with no increase in cost. Williamson County Senior Director, Facilities Management, Dale Butler, was delegated Change Order approval authority on March 6th, 2018, by the Commissioners Court pursuant to Loc. Gov't Code Sec. 262.031. This item is to acknowledge such approval and record the same in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
