Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Moving Services Contract #2026-040 with Central Transportation Systems, Inc. in the amount of $60,000.00 for election equipment moving services utilizing cooperative contract # TXMAS-22-96201.
Background
Voting booth equipment and moving services are required for the upcoming election. Services are required starting and effective on the date of the last party's signature on the agreement and will continue through November 12, 2025. A cooperative contract with TXMAS is being utilized for this purchase with Central Transportation Systems, Inc. Origination #3902. FY26 Funding sources:01.0100.0492.004100 and 01.0375.0375.004100.
