NV5 Consultants, Inc. is recommended for award through the 25RFSQ7 - MEPFC pool, which established a pre-qualified consultant pool to be contracted on an as-needed basis on Pool CC 1/7/25 Agenda Item #32. NV5 Consultants, Inc. is recommended for this project following a project specific evaluation of the firms from the 25RFSQ7 pool. NV5 Consultants, Inc. received the highest score for this project. This Agreement for Commissioning Services between Williamson County and NV5 Consultants, Inc. is to provide comprehensive Commissioning Services for the AV system upgrades at the Williamson County Expo Center. To ensure that all AV systems are designed, installed, and function in accordance with the OPR and that the facility staff are equipped for long-term operation and maintenance.
