Wylie & Associates, LLC is recommended for award through the 25RFSQ7 - MEPFC pool, which established a pre-qualified consultant pool to be contracted on an as-needed basis on Pool CC 1/7/25 Agenda Item #32. Wylie & Associates, LLC is recommended for this project following a project specific evaluation of the firms from the 25RFSQ7 pool. Wylie & Associates, LLC received the highest score for this project. This Agreement for Commissioning Services between Williamson County and Wylie & Associates, LLC is to provide a Commissioning Service. These services may include, but are not limited to, developing commissioning plans, reviewing design documents, inspecting and testing systems, verifying performance, training staff and documenting results as agreed to for the Jester Annex HVAC RTU Replacement located at 1801 E Old Settlers Rd, Round Rock, TX.
